Tour de Georgia Stage 5 - April 20: Dalton to Brasstown Bald/Towns Co., 172.1km

The queen stage of the Tour de Georgia, Stage 5 finished atop Brasstown Bald Mountain. Justin England?s 27th place finish led the way for Toyota-United, while Burke Swindlehurst came in close behind in 31st. Chris Baldwin garnered plenty of attention when he joined an eight-man breakaway that gained more than five minutes? lead before shattering on the lower slopes of the final climb.

For much of the stage, Toyota-United?s Chris Baldwin was part of an eight-rider breakaway.  Justin England continued his climb up the overall standings with a top 30 finish.

Baldwin finished strong after falling back on the climb up Brasstown Bald.  Burke Swindlehurst turned in a stellar ride, finishing 31st.

Survival was the name of the game for Henk Vogels.  Ivan Stevic was one of the few riders who seemed to enjoy the final climb.

Chris Wherry turned in a respectable ride, placing 84th.  Toyota-United fans weren?t afraid to show their support in writing on the road.
